Salads That Inspire has given me a lot of new salad ideas: from new dressings to entirely new salads, I will never run out of new recipes to try with this cookbook. I love the 60+ prep-to-go mason jar salad recipes with specific layering instructions which help to keep the ingredients from getting soggy. I think this cookbook is amazing, and I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone who enjoys salads or who wants to eat more salads.
  • Delish!

My wife is the salad eater of the family but with some of the salads she made out of this book I actually loved them too. In this book is a section that helps you break down the clean veggies to buy non organic and the dirty ones that you should never be bought unless they are Organic. It has a section that teaches you what pairing is great for the type of lettuces you use and what kind of dressings to use and make. They teach you layer your salad like a pro. Guess what it even has fruity salads and they taste great! Overall we really love this book and think it is a hit in the kitchen!

This book includes 125 recipes. In addition the book provides salad dressing ideas that pair well with the salads so you don’t have to think of what dressings will go well with you salad creations. The salad recipes can be customized based on your eating habits. This is an excellent cookbook for anyone that loves salads and is looking to make restaurant quality salads at home. I received this complimentary for my honest review and opinion. The opinions stated are my own.

I really enjoyed this cookbook (It does contain pictures but not for every salad). I feel it is a well organized book. It contains lots of different, fun, creative salad & salad dressing recipes! I love that there is a chapter of salad ideas for every season of the year too. I don't always enjoy salad but this cookbook has inspired me to try new, healthier meal options. This is a great book that I recommend if you want to try new things or spice up your daily salad options!

  • Mason Jar Magic

    By Goffinet3
Although I have several Mason jars in my pantry, I had never thought of layering salads into them that I can just grab out of the fridge and take with me for lunch. The combinations that are suggested really start you thinking about eating healthier than fast food burgers from a drive-thru restaurant. I also particularly liked the salad dressing recipes as I don't like the added sugars and preservatives of bottled dressings.
