    My rating: 5/5 This book captivated me from the first page to the last as soon as I opened it. The Author first got my attention with the “new to me” concept of intermittent fasting. Gaining the knowledge of the well researched information on the health benefits of incorporating 2 non­consecutive days of intermittent fasting into the 5:2 diet was so enlightening. As I read so many positive effects it has physically, mentally, and emotionally on the body, the Author managed to entice me through every page wanting to learn more. With well executed, Monthly Menus utilizing the low­calorie, mouth watering recipes, this book can only be a successful tool in the most controlled, yet effortless and most educational, without the boring regimen diet I have ever been this excited to start. If I couldn’t fast or diet for some reason, my review rating would still remain a 5/5 just for the knowledge the Author has brought to the pun intended. Happy eating!
